Spacious, recently upgraded condo located in a gated community in Luquillo, Puerto Rico offers everything to complete your magical paradise vacation in style! It has three bedrooms (two with queen size beds) and is fully furnished for at-home style living. There is a walk-in shower and a washer and dryer. Beach chairs, umbrella, coolers, beach toys and beach towels are provided. There are Caribbean inspired colors and artwork, 2 TVs and 2 DVD players. The kitchen is brand new, with everything needed for gourmet cooking, wining and dining, including a dishwasher! The condo is located directly on La Pared Beach, considered the best surfer’s beach on the island. Just a short stroll is Luquillo Beach, rated by Frommers and Conde’ Nast Magazine as one of the 10 best beaches in the world! Nearby are the prestigious Wyndham Rio Mar Resort and Casino and El Conquistador Resort and Casino. Also nearby are restaurants, shopping, El Yunque Rainforest, kayak tours and deep sea fishing.

Very good apartment with all the facilities you would need. The owner is nice and helpful. Also responses quickly if you have and questions. The apartment is even better than it looks at the pictures! We were suprised with all the luxory we got from there.
Greate place and definetly would stay there again.. !

Everything you could need is either in the condo or nearby. Relax to the fabulous sounds of the ocean waves and wonderful breezes thru the home or watch thewildlife visible off the balcony and through most of the windows! Amazing to watch pelicans soar past at eye level! Or simply spend hours combing the beach in search of shells. Furnished and cared for as if it was a family's primary residence. Can not wait to go back!

Great Stay in Luquillo Condo

We thoroughly enjoyed our 7 night stay. The ocean view from the living room and balcony is spectacular as is the side view of the lush vegetation and lagoon. Great beach for walking. The bedrooms were spacious with plenty of closet space. Loved the kitchen. The appliances are high quality and we lacked nothing. The unit is air conditioned, but with the breezes from the trade winds, we never once had to use it. You do need a car to get to the restaurants and to the casinos. Dining places are many, varied and all seem reasonably priced for the excellent food available. There are no traffic jams even at rush hours. We were able to move about day and night. There are plenty stores, shops and shopping centers within a few minutes of your address. Modest prices everywhere we went. Enjoyed seeing the nearby rain forest, taking the ferry to the white-sand beach on Culebra Island. All very Caribbean and fun.

You Won't Want to Leave!

I cannot say enough good things about this vacation rental and I have travelled there on several occassions. I just keep coming back for more!

The view alone will make your trip one of the best ever! You will find yourself getting up extremely early to watch the sunrise from the balcony and going to bed very late to watch the moon, while listening to the sound of the ocean. The condo is conveniently located and close to two of my favorites places in Puerto Rico - the El Yunque Rainforest and Luquillo Beach. The beach is a mere 1.5 miles from the house, is palm tree lined, well kept and absolutely gorgeous.

The condo is amazing because it is beautifully decorated, spacious and provides you with all of the modern conveniences. You can even cook from the kitchen while watching the ocean below. The owners have truly done an exceptional job creating a relaxing, peaceful and blissful environment for all to share. You and your guests will NOT want to leave!
