MINUTES FROM DISNEY - VACATION HOME WITH POOL, SPA, GAME ROOM

We are a family of 7 from Michigan that traveled to Florida for five days of fun on our Spring Break. We had a great time and loved the house that we were able to go "home" to at night. I wish we could have had one day just to hang out at the house to enjoy it more as it would have been a great place to relax! It was a nice 20 minute (approximate) drive to the parks, had nice grocery shopping and restaurants in route to and from the parks. The neighborhood was nice and quiet and we even received a warm welcome visit from one of the local Muscovy ducks! The house itself was perfect for our size family. Plenty of bathrooms, beds, space and was very clean. All the movies/games/toys for tired kids was a great touch too. Some constructive criticism from us would be: the hot tub was not hot, it was only slightly warmer than the pool, us Michiganders like hot tubs hot! The alarm systems were not functioning, neither the front door or the pool entry door. And we ended up leaving the front porch light off as it attracted a great deal of crickets our first night there. Leaving the light off solved the problem. Nothing rising to the level we thought a phone call was in order, just some comments. We absolutely loved our vacation, thank you for being a part of it!

We had a very poor stay at this house. The pictures of the house were accurate but the home was not clean - very dusty and musty. The surfaces were clean but the dust behind some of the movable furniture was very evident. We even found hairs in one of the beds that we were going to use the first night. Not a good start !! As our family has allergies to house dust, we all (5 of us) have become ill since staying in this house. We were disappointed with the pool, as it hadn't been cleaned for a while, and the pool heat was not on before we got there, and it took many days to heat up. The jacuzzi would never run when we wanted it too, ( on some weird timer) which was disappointing after a long day at the Parks . We would not recommend this house until it has a full cleaning (under beds and couches, ottoman in master bedroom, etc.)
It was diappointing as we have spoken to other families that have rented through VBO (and we have in the past) and have never encountered this problem before.

We had a family of 7 and found this property very accomodating for our group. It was close to all of the parks. We were able to come home for lunch and swim before going to the parks. The house was clean and friendly. We will stay again on our upcoming trip.
