Best winter vacation ever !!!!

We had a wonderful time spending the winter months in your condo. The view everday was breathtaking. We walked the beach every morning. I never enjoyed excercise so much. So many restaurants in the area and Daytona speedway is only minutes away. Great shopping as well ladies. The lighthouse in Ponce Inlet is a must, the view from the top is unbelievable. You also have to eat at the North Turn, which is only a 2 minute walk on the beach, the patio is gorgeous. Now, the condo itself. Very well supplied with everything you need to cook. It was roomy and very clean. The pool is fabulous as it is located opposite side of the ocean so you get the sun right until it sets in the evening, could not have asked for more. The price is great for the area .. GREAT !!!!! Thanks again Terry, we just loved your place.

Best vacation with 3 small children

My family just came back from this wonderful condo. It is very comfortable and clean. Buildinig is a little outdated but well maintained, everything is in working order and for this price it is a minor issue.
The beach is magnificent , the sand is so clean and soft. The view from the balcony and master bedroom is breathtaking!! It is a perfect setting for the family with young children and anybody who wants comfort of the apartment and quiet beach. We staied there with my parents and my 3 kids ( 4 yo and almost 2 yo twins) and the condo was specious enough for the 6 of us. Kids loved the beach and the pool, we did not want to leave... Also it is about an hour and 15 minutes from Disney which is much better than 4 hours from Miami. So if you want nice, clean place to stay with perfect quiet beach close to major parks , this is your perfect choice!! Hope to come back here next winter with my husband and kids. Thank you Terry

Nice condo. Well maintained, but small. Beach is not crowded and very large. Owner was nice and very helpful. Area is quiet and somewhat removed from the Daytona "strip". Within walking distrance of an excellent ocean-front restaurant. My teenagers especially enjoyed the beach - their only complaint was there was no TV in their bedroom. Excellent for a couple with small children.

Wonderful family vacation spot!

My family recently spent a week here and we absolutely loved it! The condo was very clean, cozy and in the perfect location. We really loved the privacy of the beach! There were lots of things to do in the Ponce Inlet area and just a short drive to the Daytona Beach Strip. My family and I look forward to visiting again in the future, and we will certainly plan on staying here again!

one of the most peaceful vacations, great people at the condo, great place, great waves, my son and his girlfriend had fun in daytona, overall it was outstanding!
