This three-bedroom/four-bath penthouse in South Lake Tahoe sleeps ten. It offers 3,000 square feet of living space, and features a large private sundeck with great views, a private hot tub, and three master bedrooms. There is also a shared hot tub, a sauna, and a shared swimming pool. This is the top-of-the-line unit at the new Marriott's Grand Residence Club. It's located adjacent to the new Heavenly Valley gondola, so there's easy access (no need to drive) to the huge Heavenly Ski area. It's also next to the casinos, many, many restaurants and shops, and an ice skating rink. And the beach is within walking distance. All amenities are included and the townhome is fully and luxuriously appointed. There is valet check-in service. This is a great choice for families with children, as great arcades are just steps away -- as are many places to eat. And you are right at ski area access. A private beach is also available to you.
