We are Pete and Kristin Nicolai, Barb and Roy Keller(Kristin's parents). We purchased this unit from Pete's mother this last year and have made lots of improvements to the unit. His mom had owned this unit for almost 30 years prior to the sale. We are extremely proud to have kept it 'in the family' for this amount of time. We encourage you to find out why we find this place so special!
Kristin Nicolai purchased this townhome in 2013
This property is unique in that it has over 100 yards of private beach, only shared by the few other guests and owners of this complex of 6 units. You will not have to worry about finding a place for your beach towel or chair!
Commanding views of both the beach and the Gulf, both East and West.
Shopping is closer by in Alabama, with a much larger selection of shops and Groceries. There is, however, tax on food items in Alabama. There are none in Florida. Places to eat that can be recommended are Triggers, Lillian's Pizza, and The Florabama. Buy fresh fish at Perdido Seafood just over the Bridge in Fla. or go 15 miles or so to Joe Patti's Seafood in the center of Old P'cola for anything under the sun.
Go to the Naval Aviation Museum and look at all the interesting Naval Aircraft since its inception. There is also an Imax museum there. Entry into the facility is FREE! Golfers may want to challenge themselves at the Lost Key Club just 3 miles away.
