This Spacious Contemporary style house features a 1/2 basketball court, large wraparound deck, jacuzzi, pool table, and more! The first level features a family room, full bath with Jacuzzi, Bdrm #1 has 2 Twin beds, Bdrm #2 has a Queen & Bdrm #3 has 1 twin and daybed with trundle. The Master Bedroom on the 2nd floor has a King size bed. There is also a full futon in the downstairs den. NO PETS AND NO SMOKING! NOTE: LINENS (SHEETS/TOWELS) ARE NOT INCLUDED IN THIS RENTAL. NO SMOKING OR PETS ALLOWED.
