2xQ 1xT 1xFss. Overlooking the 18th tee, this "A" style Townhome has New paint and rugs throughout, new furniture, and many new appliances. The master bedroom on the first floor has a Queen size bed, there are 2 TVs, one in the loft, the other in the living room with an Air Conditioner. TV/VCR and DVD player in living room. The loft, accessed by a spiral staircase, has a Full Size Sleep Sofa, TV, and ceiling fan. The bedroom off of the loft has a Queen size bed and a Twin. Pool Passes are included with this rental. NOTE: LINENS (SHEETS/TOWELS) ARE NOT INCLUDED IN THIS RENTAL. NO SMOKING OR PETS ALLOWED.
