Recently updated condominium one block from Heavenly Nevada Ski Resort (Stagecoach Lift). Unit is in immaculate condition. Located at 7400-feet elevation with an excellent view of the mountains and the Carson Valley from its three decks. Over 1500 square feet on two floors with three bedrooms. Upstairs living room has TV (with cable and VCR) along with foldout queen couch and large, gas fireplace. A downstairs master bedroom has gas fireplace and queen. Two additional bedrooms with queens. Indoor hot tub. Perfect for two couples or family with up to eight occupants. Sony Playstation to entertain the kids. Dining room table seats six. Kitchen has new granite counter tops and all new appliances. Only one block to community pool (seasonal) and hot tub (year round). BlueGo shuttle buses run from steps of condominium to casinos (upon phone request) and other Heavenly ski lifts. Hiking available out the front door onto the Tahoe Rim Trail (trail goes around entire lake).
