About this property

Beautiful, immaculate, and newly renovated 9th floor oceanfront 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo. Walk out of the building and into the sand. Conveniently located near many restaurants and activities. Decorated with the vacationer in mind. Includes a variety of family games (Connect Four, Headbanz, Othello and more), beach chairs, beach blankets, beach towels, kites and a full kitchen complete with Keurig, crockpot and magic bullet. You'll watch the sunrise over the breathtaking ocean views and the occasional dolphins while sipping your coffee.

**Bonfire on the beach, anyone? Must buy permit (approx. $75.00) and follow rules on the Fire Marshals website! Read before you travel, because there will be a couple of things you will need to bring.

**Ocean Downs Casino -10.5 miles

Cute condo with everything you need

The condo what's the perfect size for our family of four. Not only was it decorated very cute but it was fully stocked with snacks, games and beach stuff. The kids had a blast playing with all the games. The beach stuff was very convenient. I appreciate that we were able to use such nice umbrellas and chairs and beach toys. It was in a great location with many restaurants and mini golf places nearby. The beach was beautiful and right outside the door.

Cozy condo, great location!

We really enjoyed Kristen and Patrick's cozy condo! It was clean and well-stocked, with everything we needed for a fantastic last-minute beach getaway. Waking up to that gorgeous view in the master bedroom was a real treat and a quick walk to the beach was delightful. We did have teenagers and their friends with us, so the sleeping was a little tight but the couch and pull-out in the sun porch worked fine overall. Communication was excellent and very much appreciated! Highly recommend! Thank you for hosting us-we had a blast!

Beach retreat

Atlantis condo is beautiful! The condo is even better than the pictures show! Beach front access is amazing! My grandson’s first beach experience! It’s his new favorite place!! Condo owner was very informative and always helpful!

About the host

Your host

We raised 3 amazing young adults. After we sent the second to college, we started looking for a new adventure for our family. They were raised going to Grandma's beach in Southern Maryland and we wanted to provide the same memories, but in Ocean City. Ocean City in the winter has always been our favorite time as a family and now it will continue.

Why they chose this property

We walked into the condo and the ocean view sold us. We fell in love with the place and really enjoy being uptown and away from the hustle and bustle. It becomes more intentional when we ride our bikes or drive to the boardwalk.
