Copano Bay offers wonderful sunsets, clear waters, and the best fishing on the Texas Coast with 2 sets of overhead Locomotive Fishing Lights and two sets of Underwater Green Fishing Lights, you can not go wrong with this house. Property has just been renovated & painted the beautiful tropical colors with new covered porch for your entertainment needs.

We stayed at Perch on the Bay for 5 nights and had a wonderful experience. The water is beautiful and the sunsets gorgeous. There is a boat launch 2 houses away that made it so easy to use your boat. We have stayed at a lot of places and Perch was one of the cleanest homes that provided linens, soap, paper products, etc., that you usually have to bring yourself. That alone will make us come back, we didn't have to haul a lot of supplies. Customer Service was fantastic! When we needed assistance with our boat, they were there for us quickly and we were so grateful.Additionally, we brought our 2 dogs and with the great yard, they were happy too. We will definitely be coming back!
