My family and I needed to getaway. We all wanted to be able to stay together in a home like setting, and the Honeycreek Hideaway provided the perfect amount of space for that. It was very clean and there were more than enough beds, towels, and kitchen essentials to make this a memorable experience for my family. We'll be back.
Six girls (women) spent a great weekend here. The home is very clean, comfortable and great place to catch up again. Plenty of seating for all of us and big kitchen and comfy sleeping arrangements! Country setting that is off the beaten path yet easy to find. This would also be a great place for a family gathering. We did not use the deck since it was January, but I could see relaxing there in the Summer in the evening! We all decided we would go back!
Our party of 10 stayed at the Loudonville home and found it to be very spacious and clean. The house sits in a rural location that feels like the middle of nowhere but is just a short drive to any necessities. It seemed like every time we punched a location into the GPS we were 25 minutes from our location. The house slept 10 comfortably, and the garage was a great spot to put all of our hunting gear. The house has an ample kitchen with plenty of cooking utensils and the living room is comfortable and has plenty of seating. The homeowners supplied us with a number of towels and other supplies. I will definitely stay at this home again.
My family and I were very happy at Honeycreek. There were ample linens, great washer/dryer, and comfortable beds. The sunsets over the adjacent field were absolutely gorgeous. My wife and I were especially pleased that such nice accommodations were available to pet owners. We loved our forays into Amish country.
Rented the house for my extended family because my son was getting married. It worked out quite well, we did things that normally you can't do at a hotel. There was plenty of room for all of us and it was nice to stay together. Satellite didn't work but the owner came and fixed it with enough time to watch the football games. In a previous review I read that the basement had a musty smell, it was still there. WiFi was very slow, almost none existent, so some of us couldn't do work and our college kids couldn't do their homework. Unfortunately, some of us had no cell coverage either (T-Mobile) while at the property, so we pretty much went internet-less for the whole weekend (Not a bad thing after all). Overall, we had a great time, the house provided what we needed and the owner was very accommodating. I'll certainly book this property again if I am in the area.
We really enjoyed our weekend here. Plenty of room for 12. Nice country setting but not to far from town and canoeing.. The home was very clean and I loved the spacious beautiful kitchen. I would definitely stay here again and recommend this property to friends and family. We are looking forward to next years get away!
