Hardwood floors connect the Gourmet-Equipped Kitchen to the Dining area and Living Room; Master Bedroom with King-Size bed, Full Bath and Second Bedroom complete the upstairs. Downstairs the house opens up to a large den with entertainment system, spacious sofas, wood-burning fireplace, 3/4 Bath, Small Guest Bedroom, & state of the art laundry. WE WELCOME WELL MANNERED DOGS, with prior consent, sorry NO CATS
The back yard features an 8-person hottub, a barbecue with propane, numerous decks, shade trees and lots of space for dogs. We are on a double lot so the backyard is particularly large and long.
The home is conveniently located by parks, exquisite shopping, and great dining.

"We have had 7 weeks of fantastic fun in this house. We have loved sitting on the deck at night. During the day we have always found shade and comfort on the deck and enjoyed the amazing view across the golf course. The No. 8 bus has taken us to the beach - we hired bikes and cycled to Venice and beyond the pier to Will Rogers Beach. We loved the Carousel at the Pier and the Big Wheel at night was beautiful. We would recommend this house to anyone - it's a great family home with inspiring views and a relaxing garden of apples, peppercorns and apricots!"
We had a nice stay in this cute house in the lower part of Santa Monica near the Airport. We live in Santa Monica, and needed a place for our family to stay during a portion of a remodel. Although it is an older house that needs a bit of TLC, it had everything we needed for our stay. The first floor bedrooms were comfortable, particularly the high master bed, and the downstairs "Harry Potter" room under the house - though quirky - worked well enough for our older daughter. The house was stocked with most everything we needed including initial cooking and paper supplies, towels and linens, etc. The kids particularly liked having the back yard and hot tub overlooking the golf course. Please note that if there are any issues with climbing stairs, this 3 level property is probably not for you. The airport proximity was not a big issue for us, and, in fact, walking to the airport flea market on the 2nd or 4th Sunday of the month is fun. This part of SM has many parks close by that are walkable/running distance as well, and plenty of restaurants and shopping within 1 miles north or west.

Our family (3 young children) were there for 3 months and we have had a fantastic time! It is in a quiet and safe neighborhood and is near absolutely everything; from top class swimming pool to Santa Monica pier and the beach, bike rental, 2 kids playground, a very practical food store... just to name a few.
The house has everything; It is properly furnished, plenty of sitting area inside and outside, great views and a very nice and private garden. The hot tub was such a hit with everyone too.
We recommend to rent a car (it is just essential when you come to L.A., no matter how, we brits, like to think we can walk everywhere).
The house is well located to access pretty much everywhere in west L.A.
We have had such a great time and truly recommend it.
Just keep in mind the house is located near Santa Monica airport (so it was great for plane spotting. The occasional private jet can be a little loud but that is the Hollywood lifestyle after all!!!)
A dream place for golfers! (walking distance 9 holes, very sweet and affordable)

The house acted as a perfect base for a brilliant holiday: comfortable and spacious, whilst a good location for us adventure seekers! You wouldn't want to walk into the centre of Santa Monica, but an excellent bus service made getting about very easy. We were able to visit the beautiful Santa Monica many times, for good shopping, great restaurants or the beach and pier, as well as venturing further to Hollywood and Beverly Hills.
So, the house itself: perfect. Spacious luxury with modern amenities, including a wonderful hot tub, provided comfort and ease throughout the stay and the balcony and decked area offered spectacular views of the golf course and surrounding scenery.
It was always made very easy to organise renting the house- definitely good customer service- and we'd recommend the property to anybody interested.
