Just around the corner is the Cape's largest freshwater pond, Long Pond with a life guarded beach. The home offers 2 living areas, 4 TVs (1 in ea. Bdrm, the main living room and finished basement) ceiling fans in each bdrm as well as the kitchen, a patio & deck for outdoor enjoyment & a working fireplace for chilly Spring & Fall evenings. Bdrm #1 on the 1st floor has a Full size bed. On the 2nd Floor, Bdrm #2 has a Queen, Bdrm #3 has 2 Twins. There is a 2nd living room in the finished basement with a Queen size futon & bath. NOTE: LINENS (SHEETS/TOWELS) ARE NOT INCLUDED IN THIS RENTAL. NO SMOKING OR PETS ALLOWED.
