It's just a few minutes' walk to The Chatham Bars Inn, golfing, and tennis facilities. There is also a shared path with association rights that takes you to the ocean. The home sits on .9 acres, and has a huge back yard with organic vegetable and flower gardens. There is a garage, a workshop, and a kids 'outback' bedroom and shower adjacent to the garage structure. The home is well equipped and well maintained and is situated in what is perhaps Chatham's most desirable location. Fishing, whale watching, boating, and ferries to Nantucket/Martha's Vineyard are all available nearby. No smoking; must have references.
