Perfect Basecamp for Mt. Hood

My wife and I stayed here with her family and made this home our base camp. We were in the area so that I could climb Mt. Hood and everyone else could enjoy the Mt. Hood area. We absolutely loved this house, The open layout is amazing, the house was beautiful, clean, and in great shape. The area is very nice. It is a small town, but has several great restaurants, grocery store, gas stations, etc. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood but is within a mile of anything you would need. It's a quick drive to Mt. Hood and the local scenery is amazing. We even had deer wander up into the back yard one evening. I would highly recommend this rental to anyone who will be staying in the area!

All 7 members of our group had a wonderful time in this beautiful house. The master suite is so nice it was hard to leave to enjoy the rest of the house. The location is very close to everything you could need but in a quiet, secluded street. I can't wait to go back again.

My friends and I enjoyed a great weekend while playing in a golf tournament and playing in a band at the Mallard. This house is in perfect shape and close to the lodge. All the furnishings are new and in great shape! You really can't find a better deal in the Resort at the Mountain vacinity.

Came to the Mt Hood area for a Burton Team Photo Shoot and was happy to have stumbled upon this home. The kitchen was one of our favorite parts as it was spacious and great for making healthy food before and after snowboarding. Is an easy drive to Mt Hood and we enjoyed staying outside of Government Camp. Comfortable beds, high-speed wireless internet, and plenty of space made for a productive shoot. Parris was great to work with. Highly recommend this house if you are looking for a modern, quiet, cozy place tucked away in a beautiful old-growth forest setting.

This house was absolutely gorgeous! We stayed here over a long weekend with three very picky adult couples. We've stayed many places throughout the years and it was universal that the Chateau Lobo was one of the very best we've ever stayed at! The house is perfectly situated between Portland and Mt. Hood as a base of operations. The house itself is beautifully decorated, and the condition is absolutely spectacular. We loved the appliances, especially the double oven and the stove with the grill area. The outside BBQ was utilized for delicious steaks. The house is virtually brand new as well. We loved the layout - perfect for large meals and nightly gatherings. Bedrooms were a nice size. The hottub was great to soak after a long night of snowboarding or exploring. Paris is a delight to deal with. I will try to come up with any reason to visit back.
