UPDATED 2008 NEW PAINT AND FURN ranch-style home is situated in a gated community on a golf course - with a private heated swimming pool and whirlpool spa on a large lanai north of Naples; a very convenient location. Tennis courts are available, and the home is near 3 FABULOUS shopping centers, restaurants, and grocery stores. Lanai has a lake view and located on the golf course green- great view! The private, electric heated, 14 x 28 swimming pool with whirlpool/spa on a large screened lanai is located off the family room. The pool has indoor and outdoor push button controls for heat temperature, also shows pool temperature in the house. + underwater colored pool lights. The home offers 2002 interior furnishings and features beautiful tile and wood floors, cathedral/vaulted ceilings, and upgraded tile bathrooms. There are ceiling fans plus A/C, telephones, and VCRs in each bedroom, as well as a DVD player and surround sound in the living room.

It's just 20 minutes from the beaches, and is close to many kinds of outdoor sports (such as fishing and biking), nature centers, historic sites, top-notch entertainment, theater, and music. Also nearby is every kind of shopping including boutiques, malls, and flea markets. There are also many fine restaurants close by. Choose from any number of relaxing, beautiful sunset cruises. Or enjoy golfing; golf prices are reasonable and it's just a short walk from our front door. And the pool, you turn on the multi- colored underwater lights, whirlpool spa, or heat from easy to operate controls inside the house -- really cool feature! High speed Internet at house. The weather here is almost always beautiful, warm, and sunny -- even in February

Close to Beach, 5th Ave and Fort Meyers!: A short drive to downtown Fort Meyers and to 5th Avenue Naples. Close to Beach! Or enjoy the heated pool/jacuzzi on the large screened lanai with chaise lounges, and bar and grill right there! This vacation spot offers something for everyone! It doesn't get much better than this!

We are fortunate: No Hurricane Damages!: Possibly because we are situated with a birm on the Gulf Side of our gated community which seems to be excellent shelter from the high winds of each of the past hurricanes, we have had no hurricane damage. We feel very fortunate to escape the hurricane damage. Those who have gone thru the past hurricane seasons seem to be comfortable in our home during each of these past hurricanes and have not suffered through any problems to date.
