Also nearby is every kind of shopping including boutiques, malls, and flea markets. There are also many fine restaurants close by.
Choose from any number of relaxing, beautiful sunset cruises. Or enjoy golfing; golf prices are reasonable and it's just a short walk from our front door.
And the pool, you turn on the multi- colored underwater lights, whirlpool spa, or heat from easy to operate controls inside the house -- really cool feature!

We are fortunate: No Hurricane Damages!:
Possibly because we are situated with a birm on the Gulf Side of our gated community which seems to be excellent shelter from the high winds of each of the past hurricanes, we have had no hurricane damage. We feel very fortunate to escape the hurricane damage. Those who have gone thru the past hurricane seasons seem to be comfortable in our home during each of these past hurricanes and have not suffered through any problems to date.
Golf:
We are located on a beautiful Pro golf course which is a private course. Rates for this rental are lower and do not reflect golf equity- each user pays for their own round of golf. There are several golf courses nearby for golfer's enjoyment- all price ranges! Therefore, our prices do not reflect golf membership transfers which are usually higher weekly rates for such a private home with the amenities that are included in this one.
