    Entire month* of August is, (8/1 - 9/7), is $27,000.
    Two month rental* from 6/25 through 9/7 is $48,000.
    Total summer* beginning Memorial Day and ending Labor Day is $58,000.
    * Monthly and longer rental periods do not include electric.
