Townhouse with spiral staircase directly to the beach. Very private location with only 2 other units in the building. Master bedroom with jetted tub and private balcony overlooking the beach and gulf. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. Laundry room conveniently located between bedrooms. Large balcony off living room for dining and entertaining. Completely renovated from top to bottom - new flooring, new window treatments and wall coverings, all new kitchen and bathrooms. Everything top of the line with no expense spared.

This wonderful beach retreat is the perfect place to relax and enjoy yourself. With the warm waters of the Gulf, the fine sandy white beach, the tropical breezes, the spectacular sunsets, you feel like you are in paradise.

What a wonderful experience! The property exceeded what the pictures showed. It was like walking into someone's welcoming home. We were met by the owner and shown around which was such a treat. She was helpful and sent us to Waltz', a great restaurant. My friend and I had a wonderful, relaxing stay and look forward to returning again.

We had a wonderful time! The property was VERY nice and comfortable. It was nice to be met by Carol, the owner, and given the tour. They were delightful and the condo couldn't have been nicer. We look forward to spending time there again.

I've been renting beach places for years and always get my hopes up from the pictures, only to be disappointed... This place is the real deal! I have never stayed at a rental condo that was so clean, so comfy and so well appointed. I didn't even need my "condo kit" - all the cleaning supplies, spices, etc. Perfect place to reconnect with old friends and enjoy the beach, the community (great food!) and a wonderful time away from home. Thank you Carol - you're a wonderful hostess and you gave us some great tips about where to eat and sightsee. We can't wait to come back... we may even bring our husbands!

Thank you Carol for a beautiful stay at your lovely condo. We enjoyed our visit to Indian Rocks and had a wonderful Thanksgiving dinner with our family . We will most certainly be returning. The condo was very quite and relaxing we loved the private beach and the view is awesome. Thank you again for such a lovely, clean and comfortable vacation get a way.
