YOU RENT THIS CONDO DIRECTLY FROM THE OWNER and save management company fees.

Summer House 511 is a luxury, 1578 square foot, vacation condo - AN END UNIT RIGHT ON THE BEACH - with spectacular views from all rooms. Living room, master and additional bedroom all have oceanfront balcony access and unobstructed views of the Atlantic Ocean. The large, well equipped eat-in kitchen offers excellent views of the golf course.

Beach and recently refurbished oceanfront pool right outside the condo. Outdoor shower and restrooms.We have a convenient locked storage area under the complex for all of your beach equipment and bicycles. We recently updated with new carpet and paint throughout the condo. OWNERS LIVE WITHIN 10 MILES OF THE CONDO AND TAKE EXCELLENT CARE OF IT.

The condo is beautifully decorated in a beach theme with soft colors and comfortable leather couches, chair, and recliner. The balcony is fully furnished with comfortable chairs and tables. We provide HIGH SPEED INTERNET - WIRELESS & WIRED. Our entertainment system includes four flat screen TVs, each with its own Blu-ray Disc player. The living room has a 43 inch TV, master and second bedrooms have 32 inch TVs and the third bedroom has a 26 inch TV. WE OFFER NETFLIX STREAMING MOVIES ON ALL TVs AT NO EXTRA CHARGE and we include a DVD video library. Our music system includes a stereo receiver with MP3 player input and a five-disc CD player. Plenty of entertainment for after beach hours!

Relaxing Winter Retreat

My husband and I rented this outstanding condo for the second year in a row and enjoyed all the amenities, as listed, even more. The condo is clean, well maintained, very comfortable, all on one level with spectacular ocean views. Direct contact with the owners, who live close by and are very responsive with any questions is a plus. Great place to entertain family and friends since the condo is perfectly located for walks on the beach or walking trails. We left feeling rested, relaxed and emotionally nourished. We plan to return again next year...with our bicycles!

Corner condo is a huge plus. Very bright and breezy with incredible views. So convenient to walk out to the ocean. Loved the oceanfront balcony and the two master bedrooms! Beautifully decorated and very clean--everything we needed was here. Enjoyed the flat screen TV's.We are looking forward to a return visit!

This is the first time renting from VRBO and the experience here was great. My husband and I traveled with another couple, the space and privacy of the unit was just what we were looking for. The clean and fully equipped kitchen was nice to have so as to avoid constant meals out. The master bedroom mattress gave the best night's sleep. Everything explained in the listing is accurate, the photos do not give justice to the lovely interior. The owner, Diane, was very helpful before, during and after the rental. It is apparent that this unit is not just a rental, she was quick to respond to all questions. Her helpful tips of the area and menus for restaurants were greatly appreciated. I would definitely recommend this unit to a friend and would use again if I were to revisit Isle of Palms and Charleston.

Great Family Getaway!

The unit was clean, comfortable and had plenty of room for 7 of us. The view is great, and everything was just as (or better than) described on the listing. The owners were easy to work with and overall we had a wonderful week. I loved the keypad entry, and the storage unit on the ground floor was really nice-especially with kids. The owners have a great book of menus for local restaurants in the unit that we found very helpful. We spent time in both Charleston and on the islands and rarely had to spend more than 25 minutes in the car to get to restaurants or downtown. If you are eating on the island we loved Sullivan's for seafood and Luke 'n Ollie's had great pizza. In Charleston, Hominy Grill was our favorite. Overall a great rental experience- we would definitely come back!

Condo perfectly located right on the beach, Links Course just across the street and a short walk to the club house. Spectacular views of the wide beach. It is really pretty to see the dunes building with the wild sea oats! Absolutely beautiful and very roomy condo with a wonderful, large and nicely landscaped oceanfront pool. The pool has palm trees around it with ocean views and breezes. It also has great lounge chairs, tables, chairs and umbrellas. There are rest rooms located at the pool area and an outdoor shower on the walkway to the beach. The owners have a bin on the ground level for all the beach stuff so you don't have to drag it around. Very convenient and only a few have this! All amenities are here. The condo is spotless and clean, nicely decorated and updated. Owners take pride!! We stayed for a long weekend but plan to return for a one or two week stay.
