Perfect Sunday River Ski House - Grt for 2-3 families, pets. Very private, in W. Bethel, only 5 min drive to town of Bethel and a couple more mins to bottom of Sunday River Rd. Large LR/DR combo w/wd beamed ceilings, lrg brick fireplace, floor to ceiling picture windows with mntn views, large deck, ski equipment entry foyer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, firewood included. Big 2 car garage (you'll want it when big snows arrive!) and lots of add'l driveway parking. Fun/funky bsmnt kids playroom. DISH w/HBO, wrls internet, iPod spkr unit, new propane grill on deck! 1 Master King BR on grnd level, w/ big BR & walk-in closet; 2 upstr BRs w/doubles & 1 full BR to share, 1 smaller bdrm downstairs w/twins next to own half bath. Plus, additional 1 or 2 twins in large loft. overlooking LR. Very nicely furnished, but not stuffy - casual and fun. Plenty of books, games, well stocked kitchen. Families, groups love it !! Close to everything, but it's your own little world with max privacy!

Great family ski house

We've rented this great Bethel house several times. It is the perfect family house, a quick drive to the mountain, nicely furnished and warm, but not so fancy that I worried about the kids spilling something or putting our feet up on the coffee table around the great fireplace.

We first rented this house because they were ok with us bringing our 30 lb dog with us too, and there was plenty of room for him. House is roomy, with lots of parking that the landlord kept plowed for our 3 families who always split our winter rentals. The garage is also a big plus and we had trouble finding one at other Sunday River ski houses and condos - when the snows come we are always grateful to have it! Other places we rented, we had to fight our way through knee high snow on the good snow days (or do a lot of shoveling) just to get in/out of the house!

The land around the house is flat and beautiful, as we finally discovered when we rented in the fall once (not covered with snow) and is so private We can always let the kids run around, and play our music loud at night (yes, we're hippies at heart) and not worry about bothering anyone.

Really the perfect place for a family ski rental, and we'll be back for several weeks this year!
