Our brand new single family home is located in the Ole' subdivision at the Lely Resort complex. Fantastic location,10 minutes from Marco Island and 15 minutes from downtown Naples 5th ave. shopping and dining area. Our home is 3 minutes walking distance from the Ole' town center, which has a resort style pool, hot tub, volleyball court, Ice Cream Shop, Irish Pub, Bistro. Internet Cafe, private 90 person theater, and deluxe health club. The subdivision also has tennis courts and a basketball court. The home has a private brick patio surrounded by beautiful landscaping, 4 wicker patio chairs and table provide you with a relaxing spot to enjoy coffee in the morning and cocktails in the evening. Lely Golf Resort has 2 public golf courses. The Flamingo was designed by Robert Trent Jones, Sr. and the Mustang was designed by Lee Trevino. The home includes cable tv with a large flat screen on the first floor and 2 TV's upstairs in the bedrooms. There is an attached 2 car garage with storage.
