Rent Your Own Island! Brandy Hill Island, located in Northeastern Connecticut, offers a spectacular, private and relaxing getaway on a one-acre island. The property rental includes a private solar and propane-powered mountain chalet home, boats (pontoon/canoe/paddle), a private beach, panoramic lake view, great swimming, fishing, boating, and canoeing. Clients must have boating experience. The island chalet sleeps six -- four adults and two children. The Island is located on Quaddick Pond, a fantastic body of water known for its fishing and water recreation. Brandy Hill Island is unsurpassed in its beautifully unique back-to-nature location. Spring, Summer or Fall, the island and lake's beauty are Fantastic! Nearby are many fine restaurants, antique stores, department stores, and food stores. Brandy Hill Island is close to many major New England attractions including Mystic (excellent whale watching and antiquing), Newport, Foxwood Casino, and Cape Cod.
