The Sandy Beach has large rock formations that offer exciting sea life exploration. You are almost guaranteed to see Dolphins playing in the Ocean . and we are just 1/2 mile South of the bustling Rosarito Downtown Area..!! We are very Quiet with the Best Location in Rosarito .. And Just 28 Exclusive Residences here, all High-end, all amenities ..

The Mexican Stone is awesome and there is a large Stone Mosaic Mural overlooking the Jacuzzi. The Master Bath rivals the Bellagio in Vegas with travetine walls, mosaic inlays and a spa tub.. All towels and linens are provided .. The 2nd. Bath also has a Jacuzzi tub and all amenities ..

All bedroom have Satellite TV available !! The Master bedroom has a Panoramic Ocean View from the top floor. and also lead out to the large Deck overlooking the Ocean . There are Satellite TV's in each of the Bedrooms for our renter's enjoyment ..
