Our meticulously maintained year round home is located on a cul-de-sac in a private neighborhood perfect for biking, walks and tennis. Private tennis courts are a 2 minute walk from the house. We are located in Mashpee (near the town line of Falmouth) about a mile from New Seabury,two miles from Christ the King Church in Mashpee, six miles from downtown Falmouth, and 12 miles from Hyannis. We are a 20 minute ride from the Bourne Bridge and Water Wiz Water Slides in Buzzards Bay. Extensive outdoor shopping malls, grocery stores, movies and restaurants are within minutes.

PROFESSIONAL DEPARTURE CLEANING assures a pleasant arrival, stress free departure and a truely RELAXING VACATION. Located only 20 minutes from the Bourne Bridge. We are only 12 miles from Hyannis and 6 miles to downtown Falmouth. New Seabury is less than a mile away. Restaurants, grocery stores, movie theaters and large prime shopping area with over 100 stores are 2 miles from the house. South Cape Beach is a 3 mile drive and Old Silver Beach is a 7 mile drive.

Notes: We take pride in offering a CLEAN and comfortable home for your stay. The house is professionally cleaned after each rental. Improvements to the property include a new refrigerator with ice maker, stove, 4 slice toaster, new set of kitchen dishes, laminate kitchen flooring, new couches,entertainment center,computer desk,additional TV's,new comforters, hardwood floor refinishing, propane grill,garage door opener and interior painting of all rooms. All carpeting is cleaned annually and as needed. The kitchen is fully stocked and includes a very large lobster pot and even a coffee grinder.

Newly refurbished : We strive to offer a CLEAN and comfortable house for your rental enjoyment. The entire interior was freshly painted, the hardwood floors were refinished, and a new kitchen floor was installed. New appliances include a refrigerator with ice maker, stove and 4 slice toaster.

New couches provide very comfortable seating. Now there is a propane grill instead of the charcoal grill and an electric garage door opener was added. All carpeting is cleaned at the onset of each rental season and as needed. DEPARTURE CLEANING IS INCLUDED!

Great place

It was our first visit to Cape Cod and we could not have chosen a better place to stay. It was as cleaned as promised and the owner called us twice to make sure everything was alright. The area is quiet and we felt secure. The owner left in the house many guides and personal appreciations of places to visit, restaurants, beaches with directions which helped a lot. It is easy to access to very nice beaches. We appreciated the tennis court, very well kept.

Mashpee is located at the beginning of Cape Cod and is a lovely place. Of all the towns that we visited in Cape Cod, this is the one we preferred.We found activities to please the four of us, 2 adults and 2 teenagers.

I highly recommend this house.

Great Vacation House

The house was great; clean, spacious and well provided with all essentials plus a few extras such as wifi, a hot tub and cable. The location was perfect for Boston, all areas of Cape Cod and tennis courts within the the quiet residential development. The owner was extremely helpful during our stay with some first rate advice regarding places to visit. We also appreciated the flexibility afforded us for payment via a foreign currency as we were visiting from Scotland and also the provision of clean linens. We had a great vacation and would definitely recommend this property.

Annual Family Vacation Retreat!

Imagine a large family....with professional children ages 34-23 holed up in a house..that was us...The property owner provided us with good communications and customer service. The description was accurate and there were tons of activities...restaurants, beaches etc were easy to access. I would recommend this property to friends and family. There are lots to do in the area..the only thing negative was the ferry ride[2hrs and non scenic].We were very comfortable and had an enjoyable vacation especially as we normally use our timeshare (owners since79').
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, People with Disabilities, Romantic Getaway
