Location, Location, Location!: You've heard it before - its all about the location and this home has got it all. This home is located East of Federal Highway (US-1), and just 20 minutes from Fort Lauderdale International Airport. It is only a short drive or cab ride to downtown or Las Olas. Walk or ride your bike to the best beach in South Florida at Lauderdale By The Sea. And, if you like gaming, Seminole Hard Rock Casino is only 15 miles away.

Boater's Paradise: For you boaters, you'll love the 85 foot dock, with water and electric, on a wide and clean waterway. Access to the Intracoastal takes only seconds and is easy with no fixed bridges! From there its only a short cruise to the ocean - choose from Hillsboro Inlet or Port Everglades. The best island hot spots are within a few hours cruise - 50 miles to Bimini, 60 miles to Key Largo and 70 miles to Grand Bahama Island.

I have been already 9 times to Fort Lauderdale with my family, but this time was the very best.
The property was magnificent, it was very very,very clean, well-maintained and the location was just great.
Everything is very spacious, all the furnitures looked new and it has a very well working AC.
The House is located in a very friendly and I guess wealthy neighbourhood.Many shopping and dinning locations are close by.To the beach its just a minute-drive by car.
The owner provided a outstanding good customer-service, he replied emails as soon as possible, gave many tips and infos and of course was very polite and kind.
The local Home-Caretaker, which you will meet at the begining and the end of your stay was friendly and customer-oriented.
Overall I must say it was the best decision for us (four grown-ups) to rent this house.
Without any constraint, I can recommend this property to erverone who is looking for a uncomplicated and great places to stay in Ft.Lauderdale.
For sure me an my Family will return for more....
