Located in the new development of Grand Elk, this wonderful home is minutes away from SolVista Ski Resort and two golf courses: Headwaters at SolVista and Grand Elk. The central location of this home allows easy access to all of Grand County’s attractions. Hot Sulphur Springs, our best kept secret, is a 15 minute drive. Winter Park and Mary Jane Ski Resorts are a 25 minute drive or you can take a free ski bus that comes to our property. There are miles of Nordic skiing terrain within short distances at SolVista , Snow Mountain Ranch, or Devil’s Thumb Resort. Grand Lake and the three lakes (Lake Granby, Shadow Mountain, and Grand Lake) are all within a 15 minute drive. Outdoor activities include hiking trails, skiing, boating, biking, golfing, fishing, kayaking, rafting, and much, much more.

What a great place to stay for a family vacation. The house was beautifully furnished, very clean, just a pleasure to stay at. We have young kids and they did great there,

Awesome Home

This property more than exceeded our expectations. It was immaculate and very comfortable. Lots of windows provides for a great view of the mountains. Making the reseration online and checking in was a breeze.

We stayed here while skiing at Sol Vista which is a short distance away, but Winter Park is also close by. A full service grocery store is just up the street.

We enjoyed our stay at the Fairway Villa and look forward to our next trip.
