This unit is E100 completely remodeled in 2008. Granite counters in kitchen & bath, 50 in plasma TVs,X-box with games and 2 controllers, which play DVD, wood floors, beautiful ocean views and pool view, boogie boards, skin boards, towels, umbrella, chairs, sand toys, leather sofa which has a comfortable queen sleeper sofa. Stainless steel appliances. Table with 6 chairs, refrig with water & ice maker microwave, stove & oven.

We stayed in this lovely, oceanside condo for an extended weekend to visit with my daughter & son-in-law. Happy to say this place was lovely and comfortable. It had a wonderful view of the pool area as well as a view of the ocean from the quaint balcony. It was extremely clean with a wonderful & comfy king-size bed. My husband & I found it to be perfect for us and our needs. The only complaint were some noisy neighbors directly above our condo and the ceiling did little to buffer their footsteps and loud voices. Luckily, we were late owls, as were they, and it did quiet down after 11:30 or so at night. Otherwise, it was a most pleasant stay for us. Will definitely stay here again when in the area.

Oceanside at northcoast village resort

Condo has a great view and is nicely furnished and updated. It is lacking in silverware and pots and pans, however. Many fun activities within a short distance and because it is sitting on the ocean and a huge marina, walking or jogging is terrific! Will definitely rent this condo again..have stayed there twice now.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children

We have stayed at NCV before, so we know the overall amenties are excellent. This time, however, we found a gem in this condo. Everything was as advertised and more. The condo is exactly as pictured. First class. Thank you, Danielle.

Nice condo complex with great access to beach, pier and harbor

This was the first time our family has visited Oceanside and stayed at North Coast Village Condos. The complex is right on the beach and easily within walking distance to the pier and the wharf. We also walked to breakfast in downtown Oceanside and walked to the Sunset Market on Thursday afternoon which was a fun time. Condo unit E-100 is in a building within the complex that is closer to the beach which is nice. It is also close to the pool, jacuzzi, laundry and bbq area. It's great that the owner supplies some beach toys, boogie boards and beach chairs. You do hear a little bit of noise from the nearby elevator, but nothing major. We slept with the windows open and it was great to hear the waves from the ocean at night.

Work/Play visit

This place was excellent as a three week working vacation. We lived in Oceanside for 20 years and could not wait to get back. This unit is in the best location for beach, San Diego and LA destinations. The proximity to the beach afforded easy access to the beach, pier as well as overlooking the pool.

There could't be a better location on the Oceanside beach for this price anywhere. We will definitely be back next year. I've kicked myself for staying anywhere else on prior visits.
