This central-aired 4 bedroom 2.5 bath 2 car garage single family house located in the community of Wedgefield with a pool in Ocean View. It's across from a 18 holes championship golf course. Master bedroom is on the 1st floor and the other 3 bedrooms are on the 2nd floor. Tasteful furniture with a decorative flair. 3 TVS (2 of them are VCR combo), 3 VCRs, 1 DVD, grill (Gas),. It also has toys, crib (pack and play) and high chair. About 5 minutes drive to the beach. Book this one for your 2009 summer vacation! High speed internet access available. There is a 3% Ocean View town tax. This house is non smoking and pets are not allowed. However, the owner had pets on property for a total of 10 days a year.
