Q: Can you see the beach from this property?
A: No. It is across the street from the lake however there is a bluff that blocks the view of the lake. Measured from the odometer, the home is exactly .02 miles from the public beach access. Our Lake Michigan rental is priced much lower than others and is much closer to the beach.
Q: Can I book for weekends only?
A: We are now booking for partial weeks in May, early June and September ONLY! Partial weeks are a 3 night MINIMUM and the partial weeks fees are $500.00 PLUS taxes & cleaning fees.

Q: What is the layout of this property?
A: This is a quad level home. All 4 bedrooms are on the top floor and three of them lead out to the balcony. The master bedroom has a queen sized bed and bathroom with sliding doors to the balcony. Bedrooms 2 & 3 each have two twin beds with sliding glass doors to the balcony. Bedroom 4 has two twin beds and no access to the balcony. Two full bathrooms on that same floor. Two living rooms (each with a fireplace) each living room has a pull out sofa sleeper (queen sized) and access to dressers. The main floor has a full service kitchen with breakfast eat-in area, dining area and family area. The lowest floor features slate flooring mudroom, fireplace and sliding door to a nice patio.
Q: What kind of neighborhood is this property located in?
A: This Lake Michigan vacation home is located in a quiet neighborhood and sits on nearly 3 acres.

Q: Is property in good condition?
A: Yes. We take great care of this property to maintain its integrity. Each year this property is maintenance during the winter & early spring. The home is 'Spring cleaned' 4 times per year.
Q: Do you accept pets?
A: Absolutely! We love pets! Dogs are welcome however no dogs deemed 'dangerous' by insurance companies are allowed. These dog breeds such as pit bulls, rottweilers, etc... Also, no exotic or illegal breeds of animals are allowed (chimpanzees, mountain lions, bears...yes, we have been asked...)
Q: Are pets allowed at the nearby beach?
A: Recent Township Ordinance has banned leashed dogs from the beach due to pet owners lack of responsible clean-up after their pets. :( Pets are still welcome at this home and can be accommodated in the garage if owners wish.
Golf:
Jack Nicklaus BRAND SPANKING NEW world class course is NOW OPEN! This is a wonderful course for the golf enthusiast. Several other courses nearby as well!
