Originally built in 1885 and completely restored in 2008, this 2 level home exudes tons of charm, blending delicate Victorian details with modern designer touches. Perfect for entertaining with a high-end open kitchen, ornate dining room, luxurious living room and two beautiful decks with breathtaking views of San Francisco's downtown. The lovely outdoor garden features bamboo, oak and maple trees along with unique flowering plants from the SF botanical gardens. The 2,500 sq. ft. mansion has all the comforts of home - high end kitchen opening out to a large deck, renovated bathrooms, outdoor BBQ, fireplaces, high speed wireless internet, two full entertainment centers, a new 52' LCD HDTV with cable, TiVo and DVD. The kitchen is fully equipped with a Viking stove, full-sized Subzero refrigerator with ice dispenser, Bosch Dishwasher, microwave, blender, coffee maker, cooking supplies, and spices. There is a washer and a dryer in the flat for your convenience. For larger parties, a twin sized rollaway and a sofa bed are available for use. An in-law suite is also onsite and can be used at an additional cost. The garden suite has 2 bedrooms, with a king bed and two twin beds. The bedrooms open into the delightful garden. The garden suite also has a small kitchen.

Parking: Onsite parking is available at additional $20 per night.

Great home, location and service

My company rented this home for 4 nights to attend a trade show at the Moscone Center.
The home was very clean, well equipped and ideally located.
We had no issues with appliances or the bathrooms which can typically be problematic with corporate rentals.
It is in a decent neighbourhood, we felt safe walking around after dark. There are some nice restaraunts and bars nearby.
Access to public transport was 2 blocks away for the #5 line.
The kitchen is full of high end appliances.
One evening we decided to grill steaks on the deck and found there was no propane. We called the owner and he delivered a new tank 30 minutes later. You cannot beat that kind of service.
Overall a 5/5.

Big Family Vacation

Our family of 13 loved vacationing in this house. The home was absolutely gorgeous and spotless. Sri and Nisha were so kind and helpful with whatever we needed. We used MUNI to get around the city and a busline was one house down. The grocery store was a 10 minute walk away. We were close to everything and yet far away from the hussle and bussle of downtown.

Wonderful Stay!!!

We loved staying at this beautiful Victorian. In all, with infants, we comfortably slept 14. Having a full kitchen was very beneficial. It was also convenient to be able to park our rental car on the large shared driveway.

We were in town for business, and it was a very easy walk to Union Square (just under 2 miles), taking around 35 minutes.

The owners were very helpful with arranging accommodations, providing restaurant advice, and even provided a crib for our baby. I would recommend this home to any large family or group of friends that is looking to spend time with each other rather than in separate hotel rooms.

it was a wonderful vacation and our accomidations were wonderful. Our hosts Sri and Nisha were very nice and were readily available for any requests we may have had. The home was convenient to all areas with a quick taxi or bus ride with restaurants within walking distance. I would like to personally thank ours hosts for making our stay a most memorable experience.

What a beautiful place to stay! We had 5 wonderful days in San Francisco and stayed at the Broderick Victorian Home. The home is well equipped with everything you could need for your vacation, as well as a wonderful location. It was very clean and comfortable.
