We had a wonderful time sitting on the porch of this beautiful home. Our black lab spent the entire time dropping a ball in the creek and swimming after it. It was such beautiful property as well as home. We are looking forward to staying again sometime in the future.

This place was like we walked into a postcard of Central Oregon. Even the drive to the house was beautiful.

Thank you so much Lucy for being so accommodating!

We had an extraordinary time just enjoying the "bend" lifestyle--biking, hiking and rafting. But what really made it was just the quiet evenings lounging around the outside fireplace bbqing and talking.

We will totally be back and It's already made all our friends jealous! I am hoping we can hike up one of the Three Sisters next time!

Fabulous, Breathtaking & Relaxing

If you are looking for seclusion but still want to be close to town, then this is the place for you. The home itself is gorgeous not to mention the amazing property and location.
We had the best trip to Bend and this house was most of the reason. Cooking in the kitchen was my favorite part. Being able to bake and take in the scenery all at the same time, I couldn't have asked for a more relaxing vacation. We lounged around the house and enjoyed the spacious great room and still were able to drive to town and some of the nearby local attractions in 10 minutes. The kids loved the pool table and the huge yard/property to explore.

Our time in the house was fantastic and we will definitely be back for future vacations, sooner than later!!!

Lovely, quiet, relaxing home

I can't say enough about this lovely home in Bend. The first time we stayed there was in 2006 during the summer. This was my first time to Bend and it was a great experience. Easy access to Hwy 97 and Hwy 20, which is the gateway to explore all the surrounding areas--great hiking trails, beautiful lakes. The downtown area is just charming.

The second time, in 2007, we decided to go during the winter to explore what the winter season had to offer. Just hanging around this cozy home with a fire was great. But, again, exploring the different trails on snowshoe was a blast. There is a great company in town that will help you with different tours--Wanderlust Tours.

The owners of this home obviously love this home with the attention to detail and immaculate settings. Lucy P. is warm and so helpful. I would recommend this place to EVERYONE!

You will absolutely never want to leave...

Truly. The rest of the world seemed so far away...(a huge relief nowadays!) We've traveled all over and this is the place we wanted to just STAY...

The house is stunning--beautiful wood, high ceilings, plenty of room for family and friends. No ordinary rental, it is meticulously kept and the owners could not have been more helpful. We had a family retreat and the dining area was especially great for large gatherings.

We spent hours rocking on the back porch, listening to the water rushing by. The landscaping is serene and peaceful. (Aspens! My favorite!) A wonderful flat lawn was the site of several whiffle ball, badminton and bocce ball tournaments. At night we gathered around the outdoor fireplace and gazed at the stars. Incredible.

All this, just a few minutes to downtown Bend--a sweet, yet rockin' little city! So much to do--hiking, lakes, skiing in winter...

Book this place if you can...highest recommendation. We will definitely be back and back and back!
