Malibu Vacation Rental house

We can't wait to go back. We really wanted to stay a few extra days and regretted that we rented it for so short a time. The description is spot on. In fact, I would say that it doesn't include enough about how great the place is. The master bath has a great steam shower with a giant window looking out at the ocean. The main kitchen picture isn't shown and it was huge and well stocked. You wake up in the master bedroom and look straight out into the waves. It was the perfect entertaining place. The surround sound in every room was a really nice addition. And, Martin was very personable and great to deal with.

My one problem with the place was the beach access. The "steps" are a stone pathway. It was a beautiful and natural looking "stairway". But, it was a bit treacherous. I think the idea was not to have your average-looking stairs, but it was a very precarious walk down to the water with my baby in my arms. It would be virtually impossible for someone who was a little challenged.

But, you can enjoy the waves right from the lower deck. It's not necessary to even go down to the beach. At high tide the water comes right up to the patio wall. It was a great boogie boarding spot too.
