The exact Adresss is 1801 Collins Ave, MIiami Beach FL 33139. It's an easy walk to Lincoln rd or the convention center. The beach is right at the hotel. There is a great pool, night club, restaurant and gym right in the hotel. Book directly through us and save over 50% off the rates you pay if you booked directly through the hotel. Our room used to be in the hotel program and they rented it for $200 to $400 a night.. You save 50% off their rates by booking through us. South Beach Areas: The 2 main desirable locations in South Beach are to be close Lincoln Rd or Ocean Drive. There are the action centers of South Beach. They are also the most populated by tourists and locals alike. Ocean Drive which runs from 1st street to 15th Street is mostly hotels and restaurants with some some stores for shopping. Ocean Drive hotels sit across the street from the Beach. The hotels on Ocean drive tend to be smaller 4-5 stories and usually don't have pools. Ocean drives tends to be the main destination in South Beach during the day where people usually head over to the beach and then back to the restaurants and bars on Ocean Drive for Drinks before heading back to their hotels. For Dinner, shopping and night time people watching Lincoln Rd is the place to be after 5pm. The higher end hotels sit on on Collins Ave between 16th and 20th streets. These hotels sit directly on the Ocean and are a short walk to Lincoln Rd.

Nice hotel, Overall a great trip.

We booked this room online for a short 2 day stay before heading out on a cruise. The website said they have a 3 night minimum stay but we inquired anyway.. The said they would take just 2 nights but they only had 2 rooms available that they would accept us in for 2 nights.. Found that a bit odd but whatever. We got to the hotel late about 11:30pm and one of the rental agents met us in the lobby which was nice.. The hotel was a great location in South Beach although about 15 minutes from the Port of Miami. The hotel itself was basic and alright. Nothing spectacular (expect the Pool that was great) The room was small but had an amazing Ocean view. The only real negative was parking. We rented a car and parking was $20 per day..

South Beach Still Rocking in June!!

I've been meaning to post a review of my trip to South Beach last June. I can't believe it's been a month since I've been Back. The Place was great. People everywhere the clubs, bars and streets were packed.. You would never guess there was a recession going on.. Anyway, The hotel was nice. We stay there every time we go to South Beach. It's well located and comfortable. We usually book an Ocean View Room but this time stayed in a Jr. Suite. It was bigger but didn't have the Ocean View. I think we will do the Ocean next time. The room was very clean and had a seperate sleeping area. We really enjoyed just relaxing on the Beach. The guys at SunSpot were great and helped us when when our car broke down!! This hotel is a diamond in SoBe.

My Boyfriend and I stayed in one of the Ocean Front Rooms. It was really nice. The guys that run the rental met us on our arrival and took us to the room. The View was fantastic. Just the relaxing week of sunshine, beach and shopping I needed away from work and the kids. I'll be back again in October. I can't wait!!

We had a great time at the Shelborn. The hotel is on the beach and right in the middle of everything. Short walk to Lincoln Rd. and Ocean Ave. The pool was beautiful, and from there it was a few short steps to the beach.

The room was a bit small and the beds a bit small and creaky. But for the money it can't be beat. I would definitely return, as well as recommed this condo to a friend.

My wife and I stayed here with another couple last month. We booked through Ray and stayed in their city view room..It was the only room they had available.. It was really nice and Clean with modern furnishings.. With a kitchen. 1/2 way into our stay one of their Ocean View rooms came available and we switched into that room.. Wow..It was just as nice but had a view of the entire beach.. All Water everywhere you look.. Great Experience, Great Price and Great Value. Perfect Location. We'll be back next year... Thanks
