I stayed in this condo for 3 weeks and was it was exactly what I hoped for. The condo is well decorated with simple New England charm like tongue and groove pine planks on most of the walls and ceilings and painted wood floors in the living room and bedroom. Great table lamps make is very warm and homey at night. The bathroom and kitchen are totally updated with tile and stainless steel appliances. It has all of the electronic conveniences although this is not a priority for me it was nice to have on rainy days. There is a good selection of books, games, and cds as well. It is in a well taken care of house located literally in the center of town in a quiet area near convenient stores, restaurants, art galleries, and the bay. One of my favorite features is the fish pond in the courtyard. It makes a relaxing water sound that always helped me sleep. Another great feature is the outdoor dining area on the deck with VERY comfortable overstuffed chairs and large umbrella (not shown in pictures). Being on the second floor the deck has a good view of Bradford Street and is far enough away to not hear the street noise. I napped many afternoons and enjoyed many mornings reading and having my breakfast and coffee on the deck. This condo shares the deck with the other condo on the second floor but that was not an issue. All of my neighbors were very friendly and very hospitable. The owner is very accommodating and helpful.
