Welcome to our home! Enjoy the fantastic ocean views and luxury of our home in Wailea Elua Village - a gated, 24 acre, oceanfront community. Our home is perfectly situated in the center of the Wailea Elua Village property. We are 150 yards from the beach and beach walk. Centrally located to both pools, paddle tennis court, and putting green. And we are away from the road noise of Wailea Alanui Drive, so all you can hear is the surf, the birds, and the breeze in the palms. From the moment you walk in the door, you will feel at home in our remodeled condo. You will see the quality touches from the granite counter tops to the cool tile flooring. The open floor plan of the living area includes the well-stocked gourmet kitchen, dining area with bar and chilled wine locker, living room, additional sitting area, and entertainment center -- all with a fantastic ocean view.

We provide the check-in, check-out, and the mid-stay cleaning, but our home does not include daily maid service. If this is something that you are interested in, daily maid service is available at an additional charge. Just ask us! Also, Wailea Elua Village requires a minimum stay of 5 days. And don't forget about all the things to do! - 1 minute walk to two pool areas with lounges, several gas BBQs, & tables for dining pool-side - 1 minute walk to the paddle tennis court and putting green. - 1.5 minute walk to famous Ulua Beach with sun, snorkeling, and scuba diving - 1.5 minute walk to the 2-mile Wailea Beach Walk -- perfect for your morning 'power walk' and sunset strolls - 5 minute walk to the Shops at Wailea with its fantastic shopping and restaurants - 5 minute drive to three world-famous golf courses.

I am reluctant to write this review as I don't want the condo to get booked up but feel it's only fair to let others know what a great place this is.

We had a wonderful stay here, the condo is extremely well equipped, comfortable, modern, and the large lanai has a wonderful view. It is exactly as described and portrayed in the description and photos here. Elua village is very pleasant, nice pools and grounds, and Ulua beach is just beautiful.

The owners were great at keeping in contact throughout the inquiry and booking process and in the run up to the vacation.

We definitely hope to be back soon!
