This property is located at 263 Saint Thomas Ave, (Mile Marker 100) in the area of Key Largo known as Port Largo which is a community of exclusive canal front homes. The home features electronic locks (no need to worry about a key or access card). A PC equipped with DSL (internet connection) and connection for your personal laptop/notebook is included. This smoke-free property is a luxury villa with a 75 foot deep water dock and direct ocean access (One boat per Unit not to exceed 30 ft). Only 5 minutes to John Pennekamp.

    Prior to occupancy $4300.00 - 500.00(reservation deposit) = $3800.00 due 2 weeks prior to arrival. We will deduct the taxes, utilities, (usually less than $150.00/month for Jan -March)and cleaning fee from the security and return the remainder.
