Sleep up to 8 in this wonderfully located beach rental but since the rooms are spacious we do accept up to 10 when utilizing floor space available for pack n plays. Victoria Square is a little community of town-homes and is the perfect location for your beach vacation. Located IN TOWN & EAST of Route 1 inside the canal in South Rehoboth where State and Old Bay Roads merge and close to the 1B exit off of Rt 1A. 15 minute walk can take you to Turtle Bridge through Silver Creek Park to head to the beach or another direction brings you to the middle of Rehoboth Avenue. You can park your cars, as this unit guarantees two parking places and relax for the week. Off of the family room you will find patio doors leading to the outside shower, gas grill and patio table. This is a Non-Smoking property.

  • We offer 2 bedrooms with queen beds and our loft with 2 sets of bunk beds to sleep a total of 8 people. The rooms are spacious and there is room for pack n plays in any of the rooms, therefore, we can sleep 10 if that is utilized. On the second floor there is a large, bright master bedroom with queen bed, vanity,dresser, ceiling fan and television w/ DVD player. This beautiful room has a vaulted ceiling and it's gorgeous decor will make you feel like you are in the most grandiose of rooms. The second bedroom offers a queen bed, small dresser and closet. Lastly the third floor/ loft has 2 sets of bunk beds, custom wood bead-board floor to ceiling for the best nautical experience, dressers and a TV.

Our vacation home is a three-level town-home in the serene community of Victoria Square. This spacious floor plan is tastefully decorated and furnished with every amenity and comfort of home. There's a fully equipped kitchen, along with a comfortable dining/living room area. The patio features table with seating for a cookout and an outdoor shower. NO SMOKING, NO PETS, only mature individuals who will leave this property in the condition they found it. Great pride is taken in this property. All guests are carefully screened. Our goal is to keep this home as pleasurable as you see it now for all that come.

We thank you for looking at our beach vacation home and considering it as your vacation rental. We ask that you email with questions so we can easily accommodate your requests.

Tenants are to provide own sheets, towels and paper products. There are two parking places out front and additional guest parking in the neighborhood, across from the home. Rentals are made simple with following process: Contract will be emailed (unless mail or fax is preferred), deposit and contract is mailed back to owner **** Due to the popularity of our homes we can only hold your requested week for 7 days. If the contract is not received back to us in 7 days, the week is opened for other renters. Rest of payment is due 30 days before stay. A group of friends and I just wanted a weekend getaway at the beach and we were pleasantly surprised when we got to this house and it was perfect! Adorable, cute house with ample parking, outdoor grill, adorable rooms, very clean, well organized and includes a lot of essentials. Easy 10 minute walk to beach/shops/restaurants etc. Would definitely go again! Thanks :)
