Long Beach Island is a barrier island that features 18 miles of white sandy beaches, cool ocean breezes and spectacular sunsets! The town of Loveladies is a very quiet and secluded high end resort area comprised of multi-million dollar homes. The town attributes it quietness to the fact that it is zoned residential only and there are no commercial establishments. This particular section of Loveladies is very narrow therefore both ocean and bay are only 6 homes away. Fine dining,movie theaters, water & amusement parks, golfing, mini-golf, outdoor concerts and museums are close but not too close. Atlantic City casinos are only 30 minutes.

When your tired of swimming, beach combing, biking, jogging, walking, boating, fishing, crabbing, tennis, kiting or golfing explore the Barnegat Lighthouse or LBI museum. Spend a day at the Cape May Zoo, Fantasy Island Amusement and Arcade, Outlet stores or Atlantic City casino. LBI has plenty of mini golf courses, old fashion ice cream parlors and quaint seashore and antique shops. There's plenty of pubs as well as great restaurants and some allow you to 'bring your own bottle'. Boat rentals and daily party boats are also walking distance. There's plenty of playgrounds and free concerts. There are minor league baseball teams in the area as well as professional shows and concerts.
