Affordable Oceanview 1 bedroom with a private bath, plus a second bath that gives privacy for everyone. Privately-owned. Sleeps (1-6) With kitchenette with double burner electric stove, coffee maker, full refrigerator, grill, hair dryer, microwave, alarm clock, cable TV, DVD player, air conditioning and patio furniture on balcony. A secured Internet modem was purchased for your internet enjoyment. Ocean breezes, the smell of salt air and the sound of crashing waves against the Daytona shoreline. This lovely unit has 2 Queen-size beds and a Queen size sleeper sofa. This oceanfront condo is on the 5th floor where you are only steps from Daytona’s popular beach. If you’ve come to relax or to have fun, you’ve definitely come to the right place. The patio is right outside your door where you can relax in the sun, read a good book or cool off with a swim in your choice of 2 pools(1 heated). If you’re an early morning riser, you will be able to enjoy the beauty of the sunrise.

nice place but no heated pool like advertised....
Recommended for:  Age 55+
Owner's Response: Thank you for your response, last winter season the Ocean Jewels Resort lost the heater in the main pool. We are now installing a new heating system to our North pool and will be ready for winter heating season. If anyone stayed last year and the pool heater was down we would love to have you back at a discount. We hope to see you on the "worlds most famous beach."

Awesome Condo

My family and I had a great vacation. The condo was clean and had everything you would need to relax for the week!!! Comfy beds and all the comforts of home. Highly recommended, I hope to return sometime. Awesome views was the best part.

Hi Rob! We made it home today and we had a great time in Florida. The Daytona 500 was awesome! The seats were great! All but one of the wrecks happened right in front of us. What a rush!!!
Bike week was like nothing we have seen before. We saw some beautiful machines and some that we most likely will never see again!
We thank you so very much for your hospitality and Sheila was wonderful.
Thanks again and if all goes well we may be contacting you for another rental next year.

VARY GOOD PLACE TO STAY

We rented from the owner so we didnt have any problems at all. The two units we rented were nice and vary cleen.
The resort was having some magement problems but by renting from the owner it didn't affect us at all. The people that lived there were vary nice and helpfull. We were there 6/14/2009 for one week and looking forwaed to going back.

Can't Beat The Ocean Jewels

My wife and 2 kids stayed at this unit this past Fall (2008). The unit was well-furnished and clean. The pillow-top beds and pullout sleeper were brand new! The owner, Rob, is a real character. He knows and loves Daytona. If you talk about the Daytona 500, you won't be able to shut him up! Overall it was a great vacation and you can't beat the value you get in Daytona Beach.
