Located just 45 minutes from the Salt Lake City International Airport, this majestic mountain retreat is ready for your personal or business getaway. No matter the season, the elegant Old World plaster and stone exterior will bring a sense of sanctuary when compared to the hustle and bustle of other vacation hotspots. Even the most discriminating of tastes will be impressed with the home and the virtually unlimited schedule of one-of-a-kind local events, activities, and experiences.

The openness and architecture of the 17-foot vaulted wood beam ceiling in the great room is complimented with a full-height fireplace and a breathtaking view of rolling mountains to the north and west. Each of the five bedrooms are equipped with large walk-in closets and en suite bathrooms. An additional three bathrooms are intelligently located throughout the home.

The design elements integrated into this remarkable home extend to the gourmet kitchen layout, which is fully equipped with Viking’s line of professional appliances. Adjacent to the kitchen and out of view of guests is a butler’s kitchen and food prep area that is ready to assist in a simple breakfast or an elaborate 12-course meal.

Other amenities and attention to detail can be found in the wine cellar, sauna and hot tub, radiant heat, individually zoned audio system, and 1,000 square foot home theater room. With nearly a full acre of open space adjoining the backyard, the great outdoors awaits individual and group activities. If you visit during the winter season, enjoy a hot drink on the deck and watch the kids play on "the world's greatest sledding hill” — located right outside the back door.

Amassing home beautifully furnished and the theater room was a blast. The house is only 10 to 15 minutes from lake and they do fireworks in July which are amassing.

Very nice property in prestigious area convenient to Deer Valley and Park City. High end construction and appliances, well-suited for two families with plenty of space and activities for kids. Great home for entertaining, guests at aprés-ski party were very impressed by the home. Comfortable furnishings. Only problem was a few missing soap/personal items on arrival and a bathroom overlooked though cleaning crew was rushed by prior guests' late departure. Planning to stay again in future.
