Beautiful spacious 3 bedroom condo in Playa del Carmen. It has an unbeatable location 1 block away from Mamita’s Beach and a short walk from the famous 5th Avenue where its many restaurants, nightlife, shopping are waiting for you. Two floors of lovely and comfortable living area you will find all that you need to have the perfect vacation. This condo can sleep up to 8 people. There are 2 bedrooms on the main floor; the main bedroom with a KS bed, the second bedroom with 2 single beds. On the 2nd floor there is a detached third bedroom with a QS bed leading out to the rooftop terrace. An air mattress is available to accommodate 1 or 2 more people. The condo has a fully equipped kitchen including all appliances you might need to make your favorite Mexican dishes. It has 2 full bathrooms and 2 main floor terraces with ocean views. The spacious rooftop terrace is there for you to suntan in our lounge chairs. A charcoal BBQ is provided for the perfect afternoon under the sun!

Penthouse Gema is located in downtown Playa del Carmen right off of 5th Avenue and only one block from Mamita’s Beach. 5th Avenue is a one of a kind pedestrian promenade that offers boutique shopping, and fine dining, as well as traditional Mexican culture. It is the single most walked Avenue in Mexico. Playa has a small town feel, but it boasts all the amenities that a traveler could want. This combination is what makes Playa so unique. Just on the outskirts of town you can visit the water park Xel Ha, or the theme park Xcaret. There is an abundance of Eco Touristic activities that you can experience including a jungle Zip Line or Kayaking in the Sian Ka'an Biosphere Reserve. The area is perforated with natural Cenotes which offer a very unique diving experience. There is exceptional snorkeling & the diving just off of Cozumel, on the second largest barrier reef in the world. Not to mention the outstanding Sport Fishing. The wonders of the Mayan Culture are all around in the Ruins.

    There is a $300 refundable damage deposit required. This will be refunded to you one week after check-out, assuming that there are no losses or damages.

Awesome Place!

I stayed with my girlfriend, and we loved the place. We had some guests stay with us, and the place is set up great for that with every room basically having its own bathroom, and the third bedroom has great privacy. The location is absolutely perfect with a very short walk to the beach and to 5th Ave for all the restaurants and shopping. The roof top deck is awesome with great views of the ocean. The place is very secure, and all of our guests really liked that too. Also, Marissa is incredibly friendly and helpful. Can't wait to come back!

Great location, walk everywhere

My family, (2 adults, 2 kids and sister) stayed here Jan 20 to Feb 3 2009. This is a great location for the beach and to walk 5th Avenue or further for dinner. We could walk to do major grocery shopping (30th ave) and cab it back with the groceries for $3.00. The roof top has a great view and lots of privacy. The rental is new so there's not much to go wrong. The basic nessecities are all there. The pool was quite cold, as it is in the shade most of the day, but the kids don't seem to mind. Nice clean condo and everyone else we met in the complex was really friendly. Had a wonderful time, and no worries staying here. The roof top is really great!!!
