This bayfront house will sleep 14 no problem with 4 Bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths and has 4 decks! Ever dreamed of vacationing in a model home? This is a former model home!

Decks on each floor over looking the bay. Beautiful sunsets with the bay and the Atlantic City skylight as a view.

New kitchen with granite counter tops, new appliances. The house has four large bedrooms.

Jacuzzi tub in the master bedroom plus a large deck for romantic evenings.

Great for the off season and in season...4 Decks and a Gas fireplace with a HDTV above!

Great time on the bay...

I was worried as a first time renter so of course I was nervous. Deb was so easy to deal with and very prompt in her responses to any questions, so naturally I thought there was going to be some catch. Well I was wrong... The house was beautiful inside and out, with fantastic views of the skyline and sunset. I went with a group of my friends and they all were impressed. The porch and back yard grilling area is great for hanging out. Plenty of sleeping room even for big groups. Fast return on my deposit as well. We shall return!

October weekend gambling trip.

The house was extremely clean upon arrival. I stayed here with friends for a gambling weekend. It is about a five minute cab ride to the Borgata. The house is awesome and the layout provides privacy for eveyone. Thank you Debbie, it was a pleasure to work with you! I will be back.

Great stay - Labor Day Weekend

Every year for the past 7 years, a group of 10 guys head to A.C. on Labor Day weekend. This year we found this house to stay in and it was perfect!! Plenty of space to relax and hang out. Whether it was the very open living room with very comfortable sofas and a table setting for 10 or the back yard. The back patio and small yard against the water are perfect for grilling out or just hanging out with friends. Rooms were spacious and additional rollout cots were plentiful. The location is a little skeptical, but that's the case anywhere in A.C. if you don't stay right on the boardwalk. However, we had no problems and it was actually relatively quiet. A quick 10 min. cab ride gets to both the Borgata or the Boardwalk. This house is a great place to stay and not let you lose all your $$$ in the casinos. :-)

The owners were a pleasure to work with...very responsive, extremely nice and my security deposit was returned the day after our departure date. Thank you Debbie!!!

Great House

Cottage by the Sea was a great vacation rental. We had a large get together and there was plenty of room for everyone. Each room is open and spacious. The house was well kept and clean and had all necessary appliances. It's a short trip to all the casinos (10 minute cab ride). The porches and decks are a great place to hang out and it's has a small backyard to enjoy as well. Definitely worth it!

Great house with great owners

We recently rented the Cottage by the Sea for a weekend in July. The house is very well mainained and on a great quiet street. The house has alot of room for every one and has wonderful views from the decks. The owners are very easy to work with. On the first night the AC was not working and when I called them a repair man was sent out that night to get it fixed. I would recommend staying here and can't wait to stay again.
