This home features a large family room, a bright and attractively furnished enclosed lanai, 3 spacious bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The pool area - with southern exposure - is fully screened, has a comfortable patio set, loungers and a large BBQ grill for everyone's enjoyment. This beautiful, waterfront home has direct access and is minutes away from the open waters of the Gulf of Mexico. We have a 20' motor boat available to those boating enthusiasts at an additional nominal weekly charge. This home is a 15 minute walk to the beach, shops and restaurants. We stayed in this vacation home for the month of Feb. 2009. The home is in a very good SE location within walking distance to Yacht Club where there is a beach, casual outdoor eating restaurant, and lots of people.
We were within handy driving distance to all stores and restaurants. The home was very comfortable. Beds were just right. Home was clean and nicely decorated. Pool and lanai were great, sunny and spacious. Fun lights in the pool at night. Enjoyed the enclosed porch/lanai for eating and visiting. Nice sized gas grill too. We rented the boat and really enjoyed touring the canals, river, and the gulf. Went to Sanibel Island and even to Fort Myers Beach by boat. Eat at Grandma Dots at Sanibel. Easy to dock the boat there and good food.
The owners of the home truly wanted us to have a great time and we did. Good experience.
