The Cabin House is less than 3.5 miles from downtown Estes Park and only 6 miles from the entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park with plenty of opportunities for fishing, hiking, biking, horseback riding, rock climbing and nature tours. It is also close to Mary’s Lake and Mary’s Lake Campground as well as Mary’s Lake Lodge with fine dining and a full service spa as well as a lovely family restaurant area with wonderful brunch dining on Sundays. Lake Estes has canoeing, paddle boats, sailing, fishing and picnic grounds. Golf courses, shopping, sky tram, amusement centers with arcades, batting cages, go kart tracks, giant slides and more are located in town along with specialty shops, art galleries and theaters.

Notes: Smoking outside only please. There is one step into the house from the garage with a door wide enough to accommodate a wheelchair. The majority of the house is on one level so this is an excellent location for accessibility.There is parking in a two car garage as well as parking on the large driveway and side area of the house. There are areas for additional parking for weddings, large family gatherings or special events. The Cabin-House is a wonderful private place to hold your intimate wedding ceremony or as a home base for a wedding in one of the many lovely local settings and churches. We have a special wedding package which includes a wedding officiate, flowers for bride and groom, decorated wedding cake from Schmidt’s Bakers, wine and hors d’oeuvres for your intimate celebration as well as two nights in this cozy romantic cabin – all for only $1000.00. Me and my family stayed here on Christmas 2008 and we loved it. This is the perfect place to stay with the family, it's so cozy and a beautiful place.
