Our Sanctuary Point property is a 2,178 square foot Single Family 3 bedroom, 3 bath + den. The home was built in 2004 and is set amid 100 acres in a most gorgeous nature preserve. All the cabinets are made out of birch tree. The kitchen has corian counter tops. Other features are: 17' tiles diagonal, plantation shutters and a bricked paved driveway.
