    Club guest registration $150/week or month (for Hammock Beach Club)
    Final clean-up fee $100 / $300 Non-Refundable Deposit for Reservation
    Golf at the Ocean Course or The Conservatory can be arranged for additional cost.
    Payment in full 2 weeks prior to arrival. Rates do not include FL guest tax.
    Deposit will be held as security, and returned after departure.

This rental lived up to its description as a 2/2 with a breathtaking view. It is an extra-large 2/2 unit with a wonderful kitchen, huge pantry/laundry room and new, comfy furnishings. The beds were especially plush. The owner can provide access to a resort that is well worth the price; it has a spa, salon, restaurants, computer room, tea room, and numerous pools and activities for the whole family. Best of all, the owners live nearby and provide excellent customer service, via telephone and in person. Renters also have a security guard and a concierge to help out with local information. If you want a quiet, relaxing place to vacation that has all the five star amenities you want plus a river view where you can watch boats and dolphins and birds go by, rent this property!
