Crestwynd Bay is a brand new sub-division within walking distance to the main 192 route. The world of Orchids and extensive shopping and restaurants line the 192. The sub-division is just 1.3 miles to the nearest Disney property and is just about the closest that you can get to Disney without staying in Disney accommodation. Location, Location, Location!! This 3 Star GFO vacation home is just stunning, these homes with their Barrel Tile roofs have curb appeal. They are spacious inside and come well equipped. This home has had major upgrades, quality counter tops, black appliances, tiled floors, bathroom equipment, lighting etc. The furniture has been chosen to complement two families. There is two adult rooms and a twin room for the children. Breakfast bar and patio furniture add to the flexibility that this home offers. All bedrooms have TV sets, including a larger TV unit in the living room area.

Stayed at this property from June to January while completing an internship. It is in a wonderful location, close to grocery stores and Disney parks.

The house was clean and felt like home. There were never any issues with loud neighbors, it was very quiet and refreshing. The house has everything you need including dishes, towels, and plenty of linens.

The owner was very easy to work with and was very prompt when we had issues with the air and alarm system. Both problems were solved practically immediately.

I will definently consider staying here again if I ever return to Kissimmee/Orlando area.

We arrived Dec. 30, 2008 and left April 2, 2009. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this great townhouse!!
It was very peaceful and quiet!! We would highly reccommend this beautiful home!! It is close to restaurants, flea maekets, grocery stores and Disney properties!!

We have rented houses in our previous visits to Orlando and without a doubt this was best.

Convenient to everything. Right next door to Disney!

Very quiet setting yet close to everything!

We would not hesitate to use this home in the future.

Look forward to returning next year!
