2 story Colonial with 3 bedrooms (the 2 upstairs with French doors opening out to a step out deck) 2 full baths (one with whirl pool tub & both with towel warmer), full kitchen with laundry area, large living room with stone fire place / dinning room lots of storage closets. Oak floors throughout. Cast iron baseboard throughout the first floor. All furnished with oak arts and craft mission antiques throughout. Outside a long extended deck with stone fireplace. Plenty of parking! There are numerous trails and hiking paths throughout the Catskills. From beginners, to the most experienced. There are trails that will take your breath away. Some are just a short walk away.

The Catskill’s have the famous 16 peaks that some serious hikers just have to complete.

We just completed our month stay here with our two young children and it was absolutely wonderful. The house is welcoming and secluded and the amenities (large deck, air conditioning, french doors off the bedrooms, and mountain views) made it a perfect summer retreat. The house is very well-maintained with high-end appliances and is furnished beautifully. Even though we were there in the summer, you can easily see how the house would be lovely in all the other months. The house is also located in a great location- it is easily accessible from some of the main roads that lead to the towns of Phoenicia and Woodstock but it also feels very secluded based on where it sits on the property. Our family had a most memorable time at this home and we would definitely consider renting here again.
