Golf: The Legends golf course is one of the finest accomplishments of famous course designer Lloyd Clifton. This beautiful Clifton-Ezell-Clifton 18 hole course stretches 6911 yards from the gold tees and is a test to any golfer. Legends is a par 72 with a slope rating of 130 and Course Rating of 72.9.
Green Valley Country Club, conveniently located in the hills two miles west of Clermont, is known for excellent greens, lovely vistas, superior year-round conditions and its vintage Lloyd Clifton design. Because the Clermont area is unusually hilly for Florida, Green Valley features elevation changes unusual for Sunshine State golf. The course serves up some spectacular views, including a panorama of Lake Minneola from no. 6 fairway.
