Located in Beaulieu sur Mer, this beautiful studio of 37 square meters, consisting of a large entrance way, a large living room, a full kitchen, a bathroom and a separate toilet room. The living room has a sofa bed, large windows with electric wood shutters, a satellite TV, DVD, and Stereo CD player. The kitchen with also a large window and electric shutters; it’s fully equipped with gas/electric stove/oven and dish washer, a reverse osmosis water filtration and a large refrigerator. The bathroom has a shower, a sink & large mirrors. The washer and dryer unit is located in the bathroom. A large terrace with view over the mountains has a large awning and dining table. It has two individual air conditioning units to keep the whole flat at a very comfortable temperature during the summer months. This studio sleeps 2-3 people. There is an extra folding bed for one person. It’s located in Beaulieu sur Mer, a charming village between Nice and Monte Carlo.

Located in Beaulieu-sur-Mer, between Nice and Monte Carlo (Monaco) near Villefranche-Sur-Mer and Eze Bord de Mer. Only minutes train ride to Nice or Monaco. Bus stop less than 50 meters away and cost only one euro per person. The bus timetable is every 15 minutes to Nice or to Monaco and Menton.

This is an absolutely terrific place. It was certainly well equipped and wonderfully located to reach up and down the Mediterranean coast. The bus stop was right outside the door and the train station about three blocks away. The beach is in walking distance. Another beach is a short two minute drive. It is easy to reach all major (and minor) thorofares, even for an inexperienced European driver like myself (only got lost once!!!) The owners of the flat were extremely helpful and very easy to work with. Everything was arranged flawlessly. I would recommend this property with no reservations if you are looking for accomendations for two adults or two adults and a child. Can't wait to return.

It has it all! The owners have thought of everything. My husband and I love going to Beaulieu. It is known has « little Africa » for its climate. The apartment is nicely decorated and we felt like we were home. The appartment is just five minutes away from the beach. We also enjoyed the fact that we weren’t far from Nice, Monte Carlo, Menton and Vintimille Italy. We drove down from Paris but we really didn’t need a car cause Beaulieu is very well served by public transportation. If we were to go back to Beaulieu, we certainly stay again in this charming appartment. I recommend it to anyone.

This place is decorated with taste for comfort

I recommend this property not only for the comfort and all the amenities such washer and dryer, satellite TV, reverse osmosis water filtration, but most important, it's located right downtown on a short distance to the beaches, casino, restaurants and shops, but the public transportation by bus or train is just steps from this flat and minutes to Monte Carlo and Nice. I highly recommend this place.
